You might be surprised how much of an impact herbs make on your life. For generation upon generation, herbs have been used in a variety of ways and they still are today even if you don't know it. Herbs have been used for everything from medicinal uses to decoration, fragrance and seasoning in dishes. Can you imagine what a red sauce would taste like without a dash of oregano and a sprinkle of basil?

This section is dedicated to Herbs: fun facts, growing tips, drying and preserving, uses and recipes. Most of the information that you will find here is learned either from experience or gleaned from various sources. I will try as much as possible to source all information particularly if I got it from a book or someone else. This is a section constantly in progress so be sure to check back regularly to find out what’s new. Sharing information and experience is always a good idea so please feel free to send me a favorite recipe.
